Who runs this
Hundred Stories is made and run by Parallax Intelligence Partnership. Questions go to the Requests link or to requests@hundredstories.xyz.

Using the game
The game is free to play in your browser. The source code is shared under the PolyForm Strict 1.0.0 license, which says what you may and may not do with it.

Your tower
Your tower is saved on your own device. If you clear this site's data in your browser, or delete the app, your tower is deleted too, and we cannot bring it back. Save your tower to a file now and then to keep a backup.

Purchases
The game is free in your browser. The store apps cost a small one-time price, and are bought through Apple or Google. Their rules for refunds and for restoring a purchase apply. We never see your payment details.

Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as Buy me a coffee. We do not control those sites, and what happens there is up to them.

No warranty
The game is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always work, or that it will be free of bugs.

Who can play
You need to be at least 13 years old to use the site or the game. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything.

Michigan law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute goes to the courts in Calhoun County, Michigan, or to the federal court that covers Calhoun County.
